Min Qualifications Bachelor's degree in scientific field or equivalent and two years related experience. $50,320 - $56,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Specific Job Related Duties
The Research and Evaluation Manager will work directly with the CG Design Team, SEL Coordinator, and various key stakeholders to provide process and outcome evaluation of the CG Whole Child Model throughout the duration of the grant. Under the direction of the Principal Investigator of Research and Evaluation, the manager will ensure fidelity of SEL implementation (Fourth R, Health Relationships Plus Program), develop student, teacher, and administration surveys, work with campus data manager to identify student and campus data needed, and collect qualitative data through interviews and focus groups. Data collected will be reported back to the Design Team for continuous quality improvement as well as to funder for progress reports.
