The Coordinator will work closely with Project Manager in the Rio Grande Valley area to continue the successful implementation of the CPRIT prevention program: “School-Based Human Papillomavirus Vaccination Program in the Lower Rio Grande Valley”.

  • He/She will work co-operatively with members of the team, including the current Project Manager, and other school district stakeholders in the organization of events for the delivery of parental education related to HPV vaccination and the administration of the HPV vaccine to their kids.
  • Administrative duties that include filing, entering and maintaining data, copy/fax, computer work. Furthermore, assisting with the preparation of forms for IRB submission, and keeping up with regulatory IRB requirements related to this school based program.
  • Attend meetings, discussions and activities deemed as appropriate with the rest of the team
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for funding agencies (CPRIT)
