Administers and maintains the disbursement of grants pertaining to budgetary guidelines.

Prepares drafts of service contracts and affiliation agreements.

Plans, organizes and coordinates administrative duties.

Interprets rules, regulations and policies and executes as applicable.

Conducts special projects and reports.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
